Herbal Garden:

About 93 medicinal plant species are at present growing in the herbal gardens at RRIUM, Srinagar and IIIM, Srinagar. At each herbal garden efforts are continuously made to increase and maintain the number of medicinal plant species. About 50 medicinal plant species are continuously maintained in the medicinal plant nursery in pots. However, at present 41 medicinal plant species are growing in the nursery. Each plant is provided with the scientific and vernacular name of the plant and its uses.
