IPD: The IPD is emerging as a major attraction at national level for providing the treatment to various disease including musculoskeletal and dermatological ailments. The IPD presently accommodates 40 patients and shall soon be up-graded to 75 beds. The IPD has separate Male ward, Female ward and well established IPD dispensary. Different facilities are provided to the patients in IPD like Munzij va Mushil Unani therapy is given for the treatment of various ailments and different types of regimenal therapies like cupping, fomentation and massage are available.
In-Patient Department (IPD)
The IPD of RRIUM, Srinagar is emerging as major attractions at national level for providing the treatment to various disease including Musculoskeletal and Dermatological ailments. The IPD services include diagnosis, observation, investigations, consultation and treatment. About, 20,000 patients have been registered in the IPD of the Institute. These patients have been treated with Research medicine and were provided special care by providing free investigational facilities biochemistry, pathology, X ray USG and electro cardiograph. High-capability, nursing care with multi-regimental therapies are typically used in IPD to ensure a high level of quality patient care. The capacity of IPD is 40 beds and will be soon up-graded upto 75 beded hospital.
