World Envronment Day 2025 | Regional Research Institute of Unani Medicine (RRIUM), Srinagar
On 5th June 2025 (Thursday), Dr. Towseef Amin Rafeeqi (RO – Biochemistry) delivered a comprehensive lecture on ‘Consequences of Plastic Pollution on Human Life’ in the Avicenna Auditorium of the Institute. He highlighted the factors crucial for driving the agenda of plastic pollution control forward.
Dr. Arjumand Shaha (RO Unani) also emphasized the importance of collective action in removing plastic pollution globally.
A valedictory function was conducted on 5th June 2025 which was presided by Dr. Irfat Ara (Deputy Director).
In her concluding remark, Dr.Irfat Ara appreciated the staff that coordinated all activities of 15-day event.
