The coordinators along with the participants visited herbal garden, Medicinal plant Nursery, Museum and different labs of the institute where respective incharges informed the participants about the research being undertaken in the institute. R. O botany Dr Tariq Ahmad Butt delivered a lecture to the participants and veterinary experts in Avicenna Auditorium,  RRIUM, srinagar on "Medicinal Plants used for Veterinary purposes by different Tribals of Kashmir Himalayas and plants having potential to be taken up by start ups". Dr Afsahul Kalam R. O Unani delivered a lecture on " Ethno- veterinary Practices and Unani Medicine ". The programme was ended with a brief field lecture of R. O incharge,  Dr Irfat Ara.
