Regional Research Institute of Unani Medicine Srinagar has organised a series of geriatric health camps and awareness lectures at district Ganderbal & Srinagar. During these health camps elderly population of the area were screened for NCDs and other geriatric problems and various pathological & biochemical investigations were done Apart from this compound unani medicines were also distributed by TSP staff.
In this health camp, an awareness lecture regarding geriatric problems was also delivered. During this drive
1356 patients were facilitated from 22 July 2024 to 24-08-2024. Among the Screened individuals 720 were males & 640 were females.
