The Pakhwada was in continuation with Swachhta Abhiyan going at RRIUM Srinagar.  The Pakhwada was done under the chairmanship of Dr Irfat Ara Astt Dir Ic RRIUM and was co-ordinated by Dr Towseef Amin Rafeeqi (Coordinator SAP of RRIUM Srg) along with Dr Arjumand and Dr Neelofar. During the Pakhwada mass cleanness drives in and around RRIUM premises was done with active participation of Staff including housekeeping, security and students of RRIUM participated actively. During the pakhwada beatification of lawns, plantation drive, essay competition and quiz was conducted in most effective manner. Moreover as an awareness program, a oral hygiene  Swachhta kit was distributed among school childrens. The valedictory function was held on 31^st oct at Avicena Auditorium of RRIUM srinagar wherein, Prof Nisar Ahmed Mir, Registrar University of Kashmir were present as chief guest. Speaking on the occasion Prof Mir talked about importance of Swachhta and congratulates RRIUM Srinagar for conducting the Pakhwada. A vote of thanks was presented by Astt Dir Ic and she congratulated the Swachhta Abhiyan team for successful completion of event and emphasized on working together in order to make the institute and surrounding clean/Swachh.
