The Special Mobile Health Camp was conducted with the active participation of PG Scholars Dr. Dur-e-Aimann Khan and Dr. Rumaisa Ali, along with paramedic staff. A large number of patients, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients, were examined and treated during the camp. The most commonly encountered health problems included skin diseases, joint pain, diabetes mellitus, gastrointestinal disorders, and generalized weakness. Clinical assessment revealed that many residents depend on contaminated water sources for their daily needs, making them vulnerable to various skin and gastrointestinal diseases. Furthermore, a significant number of children were found to be undernourished, highlighting the need for improved nutrition and sustained public health interventions. All patients received comprehensive clinical evaluation and appropriate Unani treatment according to their clinical condition. In addition to medical management, extensive health education and counselling were provided regarding personal hygiene, the importance of consuming safe drinking water, sanitation, balanced nutrition, lifestyle modification, and adherence to treatment. Special emphasis was placed on preventive measures to reduce the burden of water-borne and nutrition-related diseases. The beneficiaries expressed satisfaction with the medical consultation, counselling, and treatment provided. The Special Mobile Health Camp successfully extended quality Unani healthcare services to an underserved population while promoting awareness of disease prevention and healthy living.
